MIESMA: Contemporary Museum
The project for a contemporary museum for the brazilian artist, Ernesto Neto, in the central city of Milan, Italy. The shape of the building is born by the alignment of the buildings around it in such a way that complete this empty space that exists at the corner of two streets. This museum is built in two different systems. Three lower floors are used the partition in R.C. and the curtain wall.
The upper floors are used the trusses structure and covered by perforated metal panels that have the effect of stone like the around buildings but make the character for own building.
